Important Notice
Applications for the Pre-Authorized Payment (PAP) Plan are accepted for the current year from January 1st to June 30th. Any applications received after July 1st will be processed, but the PAP will only take effect starting from January 1st of the following year.
Please ensure your application is submitted within the specified timeframe to activate payments for the current year.
Taxes
PAP plan does not include any supplementary billlings, all supplementary billings must be paid separately from the PAP plan.
In order to adhere to the PAP plan, your taxes must be paid in full.
Monthly Withdrawal
Monthly instalments consist of 11 payments, from January 15 to November 15. The first 6 payments will be based on the previous year, and the next 5 payments will be based on the current year.
Withdrawals will be made on the 15th day of each month for 11 months to the bank account indicated on the form.
Twice a year, you will receive a notice indicating the changes to your withdrawals, in December of the previous year and in June of the current year.
Withdrawal on Due Date
This plan includes 3 installments due on the due date for the months of March, July, and September; the withdrawal will correspond to the installment indicated on the bill.
Water and Sewer (UB)
In order to enroll in the PAP plan, your utility billing must be paid in full.
Withdrawal on Due Date
the plan consists of four installments due in January, April, July, and October. The amount of the bill is based on the water meter reading. Therefore, the amount withdrawn will correspond to the bill total.
Calculation: Based on actual meter reading for a 3-month period.
