Cloth Diaper Financial Assistance

Champlain Township wants to help new parents! Cloth diapers are affordable, easy to use and environmentally friendly. In an effort to protect the environment, the Township of Champlain offers $200 per year in financial assistance to purchase at least 10 cloth diapers to families living in Champlain.

It is very important to put the full mailing address with PO Box if applicable so that the check can be sent to you.

(declaration of birth or birth certificate)

(driver's license photo, property tax bill, water and sewer bill, lease, hydro bill, telephone bill)

(Application must be submitted within 6 months (180 days) of the purchase of the products)
The maximum grant amount is $200.00. If the 10 diapers cost less than $200.00, you will be given the exact amount paid.

Proof of Purchase Must:

• Be in one of the two official languages (English or French);
• Include the name and full contact information of the merchant and the date of purchase;
• Include information that clearly identifies each eligible product and the quantity of each item purchased;
• Invoices for online purchases must include the shipping address and payment confirmation. Purchase orders are not acceptable.
• Invoices displaying the purchaser's name and contact information must be made out to the claimant's name and contact information.

You consent that your electronic signature has the same legal and moral effect as if you signed in ink and will be deemed valid, authentic, enforceable, and binding.
