If your organization has already been approved as an eligible organization by Champlain Township within the last calendar year, please contact the Clerk’s office to advise of your proposed charitable lottery gaming event and to obtain further information and instructions.
The preliminary questionnaire includes 7 yes or no questions. The questions will appear as you complete the questionnaire.
